Be better than you were yesterday.

Don't get angry over things you can't change. At least, don't let the anger take over your body.
Find time to meditate.
Feed yourself good food. Eating crap will make you feel like crap.
Be charitable with your advice.
Ask the question everyone is thinking but no one is saying.
See the laughter in the ugliness.
High-five a stranger.
Respect those who take the time to give you feedback.
Live life you've always wanted. Don't compromise.
Do more things that you want to do. It's really that simple.
